This is a Soul invigorating ceremonial journey of Breathwork, Meditation, Visualizations, and slow, Grace-full movements accompanied by the sacred sounds of gong, flute, hand pan, tibetan bowls, drum, guitar, rattle and vocals. It's an absolutely exquisite experience.
