Integration is the process of incorporating the deep insights and inner wisdom from an expansive psychedelic experience and weaving them into your routine daily life.

These sessions are focused on deep subconscious re-wiring as well as nervous system regulation. Over our time together I will suggest various practices including breathing techniques, meditation, nature connection, mindful movement, rituals, and ceremonies based on your experience and what you are working through.

  • Somatic Psychedelic Integration

“I saw Nikol for a Psychedelic Integration session. Before seeing Nikol, I was having a hard time processing what I had experienced in ceremony despite the integration circle that was held. I was feeling out of my body, ungrounded, and wasn’t able to translate my experiences back into ordinary reality.

After seeing Nikol, I felt grounded, centered and started to gain clarity on my experiences and how to apply them. The magic combination of all of Nikol’s expertise were just what I needed.

I’m a firm believer that the work truly begins after your psychedelic experience and you can’t do that work alone. Do your mind body and spirt a favor and let Nikol help you integrate your experience and get clarity on a path forward. You won’t regret it.”

In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions:
”When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing?
When did you stop being enchanted by stories?
When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?
