Perfect for all levels, this practice offers a sanctuary from the stresses of daily life, helping you to release tension and awaken a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
During our Yoga Nidra meditation you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. Often referred to as 'yogic sleep,' Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that allows you to rest, restore, and connect with your deepest self. By guiding the mind into this state of relaxed awareness, Yoga Nidra creates space for profound shifts in consciousness, offering a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation.
Yoga Nidra also amplifies your brain’s natural ability to rewire itself and create new patterns of thinking. In the deeply restorative theta state accessed during Yoga Nidra, the brain becomes highly receptive to new information and positive change. During the practice, you will be asked to meditate on your “Sankalpa”, or your Heart’s deepest intention. Holding this deep intention during Yoga Nidra allows old patterns of thinking, stress responses, and negative beliefs to be released and replaced with healthier, more empowering mental frameworks.
When accompanied by a sound journey, this practice becomes absolutely exquisite!!
